「We needed a one night stay in Philly last minute and absolutely everything was sold out, but we found this place in the most perfect location that fit our needs massively spacious very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Came through in a pinch.」

「This is a very misleading post. The rental is fine for two people and maybe a small child. We had four adults and my husband and I slept on a very uncomfortable, old, broken fold down couch. My two adult sons had to share a Murphy bed. There was no air mattress and even if there was, the apartment is so small I don’t know where you would put it. If you have 2 people, it is a lovely old studio apartment.」

「Pros- place was clean, had fresh linens and a comfortable bed. Rooftop was nice as well. Cons- no mention of extra fees (have to pay for early check in/late check out- by the hour- and have to pay for parking pass if staying less than 3 nights) Misleading title and description until you get the “house rules” AFTER booking. No balcony in unit, only rooftop access. Did not get arrival instructions until 10 mins before arrival time. Getting into the building was confusing with 8 steps to follow....
