“Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags).……

“Access to the home was easy. Codes and keys were explained well. The home was very clean. The host left plenty of sleeping accomodations, dishware, towels, and other items which were nice.Its in a seemingly nice part of the city with quick access to many different places. ”

“Clean new space. Excellent communication with host. Fantastic walk-to-everything neighborhood. Only comment is I couldn’t get the QR code to open the door, not sure if it was me or the machine so I used the code instead, that worked no problem. ”

“The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is fairly well put together. There is street parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check the signs. There are several relatively easy improvements the host could make to improve the property, though: 1. Replace the couch - saggy in the middle and with springs popping up on either side 2. The door to the bedroom doesn't close 3. There was only one towel (bath towel). It would have been nice to have a wash cloth and hand towel……

“Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.”
