“The staff was friendly and helpful ... far beyond what I've come to expect from Philadelphians. Because I was traveling without a car, I took advantage of the free shuttle service several times (to/from airport; to/from restaurant). Fantastic service. But my gawd ... the hotel needs to stock up on spare tooth brushes (they had run out the night before due to a winter blizzard that caused problems at the airport).”

“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”
