「Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. 「I would guess this location is comparable to a Motel. Guess we are spoiled and expect more since we paid so much. This Hotel is not like a Marriott, but this was not anywhere close to that. The staff was a bit abrupt could've been better. The room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness...The carpet was stained, dirty and sticky in some areas. Old furniture and very outdated rooms. My wife was so uneasy staying here, so much that she slept with her clothing, just to shower in the morning....
