"When we arrived there was hair on the bathroom floor.. then also in the bed. Went to two other rooms same issue. I really think they also need to clean the lobby and other areas. There was always trash and leaves on the floor. Other than that, it was ok."

"I was promised they first floor room I wound up on the sixth floor the room still had close in the dressers , and it wasn't very clean , I was very disappointed,I explained that I was handicapped and needed a first floor also , the parking was not free"

Philadelphia Suites-Extended Stay
"First room that was given had very strong ammonia smell and the smoke detector was chirping. The beds were sloped and the condition of couch, carpets, were very stained. They kindly moved us to another room. Smell was better but still smoky and musty. Beds were better but couch and carpet was stained ..."
