“Had a great stay”

“The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not……

“Excellent! The staff was very attentive and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable.”

“Wasn’t worth it. Remodeling so it was not accommodating. Water was turned off before checkout. So no showering or brushing teeth. Keys kept getting messed up. Paid for parking every day but the key was not letting us access to get in or leave the hotel parking lot. Door to room was messed up. Was not able to get in. Had to call maintenance from front desk and he jimmied the door so it can work. Not safe”

“The breakfast could provide more various”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
