「While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00. The host agreed, but on the day of check-in, the host said she wasn't sure she could accommodate and ghosted us until 4:55, when she finally sent the code for the door. "The hotel located in the city centre and close to many shops and restaurant. The room is spacious but quite aged, it provided all you need. My room included breakfast, it's ok, could have more juice and hot food options. The hotel is not a resort but it charged me for resort fee. Be reminded to use the credits from the room purchase."
