Great Stay. Comfortable place. Fantastic location. Little issue with the code not working when we arrived. However, the host was very responsive and immediately got it resolved. All in all really great stay. Would definitely return.

I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I though maybe there was still a cleaner in there so I just waited in the hall. About 5 minutes later a random person came out and asked if this was my room. I said yes and he said to just give him a minute and he'll leave. He said he stays there sometimes because his mom worked at the building. He left and the room was clean so I stayed. But it was pretty sketchy. Probably won't stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment options.

We absolutely loved this truly wonderful place and look forward to coming back. The unit was bright and beautiful, amazingly spacious, and just as pictured. It was a complete home away from home, two-bed two-bath, full kitchen, even a washer-dryer. The beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean and well-supplied. It was very conveniently located in a vibrant, clean area with eateries and shops all around, and a brief walk to a quick train for downtown Philly, Center City. Our host reached out in advance with very helpful preparation information. There is one thing...there are train tracks nearby, and while I actually find the sound of trains running to be soothing, those who are very sensitive to noise may not. For me, it was a small price to pay for a fantastic place. Also, it would be great to have televisions in the bedrooms in addition to the living room. Otherwise, it was simply splendid!
