“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

The 17 count is assuming 2 people share every bed, building is narrow so there is no room for air mattresses. 1 king downstairs, both bunk beds on story 2, the last king on story 3, and the roof on story 4Was informed 2 days prior to check in the last people who stayed told then the hot tub was not heating. They DID say that they could refund the stay, but 2 days prior for a group of 16 people there was nothing available for less than……

“The outside of the property is in very descent shape but the rooms are terrible. Carpet and floors are not cleaned properly. The tub was scary. The remotes sticky. Wouldn't dare cook anything in the kitchen. I did like the lobby and the clerk who attended us. She did her best and was very nice. But the owner really needs to get some professional cleaners there ASAP”

“Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby.”

“The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned……
