「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

「This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests.
1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient.
2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries.
3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch.
Will never consider booking with this business again.

「The smell of fried good from other tenants was an odor
Needs nee blinds. Curtains removed. It was hard sleeping on sofa bed . Breakfast ok. People very kind. Nice kitchen and bath

「Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby.」
