「This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. 「GREAT location in downtown Philly, close to University City, walking distance from many attractions and the train station. Grocery stores an easy couple of blocks as well as numerous restaurants. Well appointed kitchen - we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 5 with the equipment provided. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive, answered the few questions we had promptly and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book again. 」

「This one bedroom was perfect for 2 nights at The Mann. Less than 2 miles, very convenient. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and definitly gave a homey vibe. Went above and beyond with extra amenities. The little outdoor area was so cute! To add that it’s street parking so you may need to park a block away, but such is life. Thank you again」

We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round」
