“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

“Loved this rental. Bed was comfy with extra blankets and pillows easily found. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and spices and all the cooking gear needed. The location was incredibly close to the Met and a mile to Temple University. The rooftop view was gorgeous and had lots of seating options. I suggest requesting the parking option from the hosts, it makes life so much easier. House was clean and comfy and so safe. ”

“The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.”
