“Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. “The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.”

“I would guess this location is comparable to a Motel.
Guess we are spoiled and expect more since we paid so much. This Hotel is not like a Marriott, but this was not anywhere close to that.
The staff was a bit abrupt could've been better.
The room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness...The carpet was stained, dirty and sticky in some areas.
Old furniture and very outdated rooms.
My wife was so uneasy staying here, so much that she slept with her clothing, just to shower in the morning.……
