“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major……

Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message……

“The property is pretty landlocked, all the delivery options take over 30 minutes to arrive and public transport is the cheapest way to get into the city without a car. My room had a during cockroach in it when i first entered, its a very very good stay for the price but staying again wouldn’t be my first option”

“Room is clean and updated. We stayed here in 2023 and I liked the room we had better with the balcony. I didn’t like there isn’t a light on one side of the bed. I couldn’t read when my wife went to bed. Also, there is no tissues in the room.”
