“The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.”

“Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. “I would guess this location is comparable to a Motel. Guess we are spoiled and expect more since we paid so much. This Hotel is not like a Marriott, but this was not anywhere close to that.
