“The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work. “When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting.
