“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“It seemed haunted and abandoned. Great location, excellent parking. But no staff present during the entirety of my stay. Hot water was tepid water. The building is so old, the floors slope and the stairs have a weird pitch; it wouldn't be safe for an older person with balance or mobility issues.”
