Went to the Roof restaurant it was terrible. Ordered clams casino nothing on it but dried out bread crumbs. Only one shell had a clam in it the rest just bread crumbs. The hotel itself and the bedrooms were beautiful

Everything about the hotel was amazing with perfect service. The staff was accommodating and the restaurant had great food. The only thing was that there were spider webs with big spiders all around the outside walkway of the building and on the deck outside of our room which made it hard to be comfortable sitting outside on the deck. I usually don't mind spiders but there were sooooo many.

Had the most relaxing long weekend here with a friend and keep thinking about going back. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the river each morning was idyllic as can be, loved the convenient little footpath into town and all the unique local flavor in both New Hope and Lambertville. 10/10 space and location!

Loved the hotel. Easy in and out access and two great restaurant properties. We had lunch on the rooftop on a bright, sunny Saturday. The next day we had breakfast and dinner at Colette’s. Delicious!! The staff was mostly excellent. Sagging at the front desk was particularly helpful

The staff at Riverside were fantastic. From valet to check in to the restaurant to the rooftop. Beautiful property, breathtaking views. We had an issue where our bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair in it the doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet had a water ring in it and the sink was dirty. We mentioned to the front desk and they advised they would have someone take care of it right away. Our bed was made when we returned, bathroom exactly as we left it. Also lots of spider webs and dust bunnies. Place just needs a little more attention to detail in the rooms and balcony.

Booked a year in advance. Initially they couldn’t find reservation. Wanted river view, claimed it was booked incorrectly and they couldn’t assist…..yet the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Getting in and out wasn’t timely and at now time did we feel like valued guests…..we won’t book again. PS~ This was our second stay. Our first the water was only hot. Repeatedly called, no help….. called following our stay and was blatantly disregarded. No one ever contacted us to discuss our concerns. Hugely disappointing!
