Great property, clean, top location to every amenities just as seen in the pictures. BUT!!! The checking process was so frustrating it took us 2 hours straight with your agent on the phone. After driving 4hrs I was not expecting to go through all the stress we went through. The agent was helpful nonetheless, and please just use regular keys or cards. I will definitely come back.

The property is extremely nicely kept and in a wonderful central location. Well equipped kitchen facilities. All in all, a positive experience. Drawbacks: 1. No parking available on site. I had to park my car half a mile away overnight ($25 charge). 2. Small dining area. For my party of 6, there were only 2 bar stools. The rest of us ate on the sofa and chairs in the living room. 3. Small double beds in the two bedrooms. (For me, who am over 6', this was a problem.) Otherwise, a pretty great place to stay.

The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned different floors. I did not find the street noise a problem. I would stay there again.

Great location- nice sq footage; however, the refrigerator door had a sensor that kept going off throughout my whole stay. When I attempted to reach out to the concierge service. They were responsive, however, but cannot provide a resolution until the very last night. Where I messaged them at 3 AM in the morning, someone responded back and said they thought it may be the refrigerator sensor. Prior to that; I complained every day of this sound. Just imagine three nights four days with something constantly beeping. Was not peaceful.

This was my pillow!
This wasn’t clean in between.

We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The sofa bed was terrible - literally slept on springs. But it was reasonably priced. We will not be staying at this location again.
