「It's too expensive！」

「It was my birthday and my daughter set me up with this Sosuite spot. I choose a city view suite . I was not disappointed. The suite was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. To see the.night sky and sun set was calming to my spirit. The ease of no staff checking in was quite scary at first but I came to appreciate it and valued the privacy it provided. 「We had a rough start to our trip with some issues with our room and difficulty with the door codes, however the customer service was amazing. They were very responsive and were able to fix the problems quickly. Once the initial issues were fixed, the rest of the trip was great. The location of the building is on a busy/noisy area, however they provide complementary ear plugs if you would like to use them and each room also had a sound machine. 「The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. The bathroom had about 30+ nets and bugs in it which was pretty gross because they got in the shower as well. The layout of the units is actually very...
