The property is in a great location in Old City and is clean and well-maintained. My unit had little natural light and check in was bumpy. The lock was damaged and I couldn’t enter the first night after a long day of travel. Staff were responsive and helpful via text and phone both after the lock out and a loud tenant upstairs.

Very accommodating place for a family. Would recommend. Pack and play provided and fairly good condition. Unit has a broken faucet and needed some minor repair a sealing but nothing that interrupted the stay

The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a smokeless property yet unit smelled like smoke/ pot most of the time. Oh and they provide a noise machine and ear plugs, that they make no mention of needing in the listing. Not enough comfortable seating for4 in the living area. They provided plenty of towels linens and kitchen products and coffee, which was nice

The property was in an easy area to access the city, about 10 mins walk to subway & a couple of close bus routes. Slight issue at check in, & the dryer took close to 2 hours to dry any load due to it not exhausting outside, but overall worked out for our trip.

This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!

The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it.

only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street
