「The place felt pretty run down and could really use some updates. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness the room and some common areas didn’t feel as clean as they should have been. The staff were nice and did their best, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made the stay less comfortable overall. With better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, this place could be a lot better.」

「We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The...

「The staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Extremely warn and in need of renovation but clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice Bath towels very nice. The food was absolutely terrible in the 2 restaurants we tried. This is why I couldn’t give an overall 5 star. 」

「Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. 」
