Room smelt like cigarettes and a bad odor. Staff was unfriendly. The bathroom sink had a slight clog so it drained very slowly. Otherwise the room was clean.

The area around the place did not feel safe. There was very sketchy people hanging out in front of entrance. Parking was horrible. If you have a large vehicle it was almost impossible to park. The place itself was nice. Only one TV for three bedrooms.

The apartment we rented was great for a longer stay, even though we were only passing through for the night. The Institute, right next to the entrance, was so convenient and good! Definitely need to arrange for parking. The street parking was very full

I won't return. We spent 2 out of a 3-day stay in a room covered in dog hair. Communication between management and cleaning staff is not great here. The staff themselves are very nice and accommodating, but this is not a hotel. It feels more like a trendy loft space run by a company that has not fully found its stride. Main issues: * Room covered in dog hair for most of the stay * Poor communication between management and cleaning staff * Glitter all over the floors and elevators * Loud music throughout the night * Fast and Furious style street racing outside * Paper-thin walls * Weed smoke in the hallways * Literal gunshots outside during our stay (Not hotels fault but FYI) * No accommodation offered after botching the room cleaning TWICE * Had to clean parts of the room ourselves because housekeeping was unavailable later in the day * Misleading building photos, the hotel with mural shown is actually a block away and not the hotel itself * Not a place for young kids or elderly parents Do not take your family here unless you are specifically looking for a loud party-style environment.

Clean room. Easy parking. Close to so many things. The one thing i would recommend to anyone staying here, is be sure to check your email the day of for pre check-in verification. I didnt see it until i was on my way, and it would have saved having to pull over to get it done.

Well appointed room. Had room which was a long walk from elevator up stairs and down to end of ling hallway. I think all rooms on 9th floor are like this. Bathroom sink was just a trickle. Loud high pitched sound in lobby.
