Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!

Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!

This is my second stay at one sky loft this time in a bigger suite. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, private entrance with a rooftop balcony and views. I did put in a request for extra wash cloths the day I arrived because it was 4 people but didn't get them until the day before we were to leave. We had plenty of towels though. I will definitely stay again and again!

The location was very noisy. You could hear people on the street loudly even though the place was on the third floor.
Also, none of the Roku remotes worked for the tvs. I had to program the Roku app on my phone to be able to control the tvs.

Great location! There is a great breakfast spot right across the street and walking distance to nightlife! Rooms were clean and looked amazing! The main thing was the loud sounds that woke us up Friday morning (it was not every day just Friday morning). It sound like garbage trucks or something rolling down the street right next to the Master bedroom. There was a second sound that we heard throughout our stay and was told it was the elevator. It was not as loud as the Friday sound. We still had a great stay even with all this. Our room was on the first floor.

Absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a 4 year old. It wasnt too far from downtown and everything was within walking distance. We also loved the water pressure for the shower. Most people dont think about that but it was definitely something that made us happy. Overall the only thing we think would be a great addition would be a full size mirror just to help us see our outfits especially since we were here for a concert. But overall we really enjoyed this place and would recommend to anyone.
