不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Yes. The carpet had crumbs of some sort. There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. There were crumbs on the counter and table area. It looked as though just the bedding was changed, new towels placed in the room and that was all. The refrigerator was turned off so we had to run it to get cold enough to keep our food items at temperature. The room window was left open and in these temperatures, the room was freezing.
I will say that the bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we turned the heat up to high, it worked beautifully.
Breakfast in the morning was another disappointment. I had to ask that the food items be replenished. The attendant brought out frozen muffins. There was no sugar for the coffee (just the pink substitute sugar).
The front desk attendant that checked us in the night before said that the picture on my reservation was that of another hotel. Please update your site the accurately reflect this location. This was a disappointing experience.
