I love the location of the hotel in Old City. It’s near everything. The Arden theatre is around the corner, there are shops, cafes, shopping and stuff to see and do. The room was clean, lots of pillows, towels and coffee. Breakfast was ok. The area is great to walk around!

Room was clean and nice. Parking garage under construction and hard to navigate. Majority of the staff was wonderful, however, when the parking ticket dispenser was not working and we called for help, whomever answered was very rude and snarky about how to properly use the machine that was not working instead of listening to the issue first. Otherwise everyone was very nice and helpful.

This hotel has friendly, helpful staff and is close to a lot of attractions for visitors. The room was big and comfortable with an office chair and a sitting chair. The view was of the street so nothing great there. There is a parking garage we left our car in the majority of our stay because there was so many places within walking distance.

The heat wasn’t working in my room. I called and they gave me another room within minutes. It was about 6 doors down so it was convenient. They also took off my parking because my room was prepaid.

The staff was very good: attentive, helpful, and very quick responses when needed. The rooms, though, were not great. The AC/heating unit runs 100% of the time and it is LOUD. Even when the unit was turned off using the wall control, the fan continued to run 24/7.

Airy welcomed us with a great spirit and smile! The room was clean for the most part, the desk chair has seen better days. TV was a little dusty and the towel rack was hanging off the wall a little. The room could use a bit of upgrading but it was clean and the staff was helpful.

I booked 3 nights stay at this hotel solely based on previous rating (8.2). Now I am wondering how it received this rating or if they stopped caring after reaching this level of rating. A lot of issues during my one stay alone. During check-in, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes because only one front desk employee was working during busy check-in time (afternoon). I expected at least one or two more employees during this rush hour. Next, when it was my turn, the front desk lady gave me a room key with room number on it. I took the elevator, went to 3rd floor, and found the keys not opening the room door. Then with all my luggage, I can back to the front desk and reported the issue. The lady acted like it was not an issue at all for a guest to go to a room and coming back to front desk due to key mismatch. She even didn’t apologize. She abruptly told me to go with another employee to check. Apparently they didn’t believe what I said about the key mismatch. The other person went went with me to the 3rd floor and saw for himself that keys are not working. Then, he told me wait until he comes back with right keys. After 10 minutes, he came with keys for a different room and let me in. Next, the room heating was not working. I called the front desk and they said an engineer will come to my room to inspect the problem. 10 minutes passed, no one came. I called again as the room was freezing cold. After 10 more minutes, an employee came. But heat system does not auto stop.
