費城里滕豪斯廣場酒店住宿推介

「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). They then offered us a room with a sofa that could be unfolded into a bed. Since it was...

「The hotel located in the city centre and close to many shops and restaurant. The room is spacious but quite aged, it provided all you need. My room included breakfast, it's ok, could have more juice and hot food options. The hotel is not a resort but it charged me for resort fee. Be reminded to use the credits from the room purchase.」

「優異服務」

「Great location」

「The hotel's service is excellent!」

「Complimentary drinking water and coffee are a great addition.」

「Apartment style living space with professional and available staff. Great location overlooking Rittenhouse Square Park.」

「The Sonesta is located in a great location with easy access to anything in the city. Staff was friendly and check in and out were quick. Beds and pillows are super comfy. My complaints are minor over all. Baths are too small but that’s what you get for a city hotel. I’m accustomed to such small baths in NYC though but not a Philly hotel. Also there was no end table on one side of the bed and no plug for charging a phone on that side of the bed. You gotta have a small table on both sides of a...

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「Would not return to this property. Location is accessible to many transportation routes but overall activity outside of property makes this a less than desirable stay when leaving the building. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Bed sheets unchanged, garbage from previous stay left in refrigerator, TV/ Remote control un- operable… No hotel staff was expected but it definitely downgrades the level of hospitality. Vending machines also had no options.」

「很不錯的飯店，房間夠大，建議換成加大雙人床。」

「Old but clean」

「Nice location but needs to be careful in the evening, one side near the hotel is quite dark and unsafe. If you are travelling with your family, it's a very nice choice.」
