A beautiful property and amazing staff. I will say that the staff is amazing, but it appeared to be shortstaffed in public restaurants and bars applying more pressure on your service team, which resulted in poor service as well as your team, losing fortuity opportunities. Outside of that, I thought your hotel was fantastic.

Our daughter had a cheer competition at the Convention Center. It was extremely convenient that the hotel was attached especially with the snowy weather! It was also in a great location for Philadelphia Festive fun!!

Hop on hop off bus tour stop right outside hotel. Restaurants right across the street. Valet was quick to store and retrieve car. Would stay here again.
