「Great stay!」

「The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

「Great place. Easily walkable to a lot of Old City. Parking can be a chore. The first night I parked 15 min away but the next three nights just a couple minutes away.」

「This was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, had off street parking, was within walking distance (half a mile) to restaurants (Thai was great) and train station. 」

Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly.」

「The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.」
