"Really loved this stay - location, balcony in the Juliet suit overlooking market street and old city. Walking distance to many great places. This hotel is quaint and historic- would be nice if substantial breakfast was available at the restaurant as this part of philly has few breakfast options. Very comfortable stay."

"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Element Philadelphia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. A special shout-out to the breakfast team, who were always cheerful and attentive, keeping food, juices, and beverages constantly replenished. They regularly checked on us to see if we were enjoying our breakfast or needed anything else. It was such a pleasure to start each morning with their warm hospitality. The reception staff were just as wonderful, always welcoming, pleasant, and ready to help with a smile. What stood out most was how genuinely caring everyone was. It really made us feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Element Philadelphia for making our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! We would certainly stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to others. We will definitely return. Thank you!"
