“As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. ”

“This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”

“The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. ”

“La maison de Renata est très agréable et bien équipée. Elle est situé à 450 m d'altitude au bout d'une petite route, à 8 km de la Spézia.C'est un havre de paix. Il était très agréable d'y arriver le soir après une journée de visite, dans la foule, aux cinq terres... L'accueil et la relation avec Renata sont chaleureux. Ses informations très précieuses. La terrasse couverte apporte un vrai plus pour pouvoir profiter des repas en extérieur. Sans oublier le pesto et la confiture maison en cadeau de……

“We loved the scenery ”

“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

“Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner. It’s obvious that she loves hosting and wanted to make sure that we had a……

“This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get……

Le village de Villecchia est très très joli et le point de départ de très jolies ballades/ randonnées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Roby et le calme du village.”

“Le logement nous a parfaitement convenu, proche de Vernazza en taxi ou bus. Vue fantastique. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de croiser Julia et Paolo à cause de nos horaires décalés mais ils nous accueilli de manière fort sympathique.”

“La Ligurie est une région extraordinaire, la Spezia et le parc naturel des cinq terres sont de vrais petits bijoux. Lidia nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable, elle nous a donné plein de renseignements en français ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité les choses. L’appartement de Lidia était idéalement situé près de tous : la gare, le centre, les commerces, les bonnes pizzerias. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, ne se déplaçant que par train, bus pour découvrir Pise, les cinq villages……

“Les studios sont parfaits, en plein centre de Vernazza. ”

“We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again.”

“Loved the location and space for our family”

“Excellent instructions for easy check-in. First impression - "This place is beautiful". Looking over the main square and out to the sea, it is literally the center of the action --- but after 10:00 pm., you could hear only the surf, as a cat walks across the square. By noon, there are more people in Vernazza than there are in Times Square -- get out of town and go for a hike. Great restaurants nearby.”

“The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. ”

“The hotel is surprisingly clean, great location, just blocks away from the train station. Front desk staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious and spotless, it’s a relatively new hotel so everything feels fresh. Breakfast is ok ish, but I do love all the interior.”
