We rented this house before. We like the location and we have no complaints at all. The coffeemaker was broken but they came and replaced it in a timely manner, and filled up the gas tank for the grill. We will rent this property again.

The openness of the kitchen and family room was great for all of us to be together. We liked being a little further away from the downtown traffic. Enjoyed the views of the beach and front porch except for the beach work noise.

This home was truly a great beach house. It had everything you could ask for. Great views, great interior, great location. The beach itself was perfect and the home had all the amenities needed for a great vacation on the beach. Can't wait to visit again.

Great location, great views. Could use more blankets (each bed had only a sheet and a coverlet) and more seating on the upstairs deck (only one place to sit). Kitchen nicely stocked, clean, good response time to my questions.

We loved our stay at Folly beach house. It was perfect location. however, weather was rainy first 2 days but just the peaceful location and everything accessible in house. we really felt like being home. We thank you for giving up opportunity to stay there. we would definitely recommend others and if get opportunity in future would like to stay here.

We rented this VRBO to watch the Clemson LSU game. It was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed the ocean view. We would have enjoyed a larger TV just to watch the game.

Our family of 6 stayed here while we visited Charleston. It was a great combo of beach and fun city. The property was just as described. Very clean, we enjoyed our stay. Property owners responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We would return again !!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We could see the beach and stars from the front deck. It was especially nice that we could see the teens in the water from the house. The great room was comfortable and just as described. The outdoor shower was very helpful. Folly Beach and the convenience of this house was a hit. It’s location is close to town via bike but far enough away so the crowds are less.

This is a great house and location. Our grandsons loved every minute of the beach and watching the surfers from the balcony of the house. Everything was clean and neat. All the beds very comfortable for everyone in our family. No complaints here.

This is a beautiful house with perfect distance from the beach. Plenty room for everyone and fully stocked with most of what you will need for your stay. We did have some issues with the door deadbolts but let front desk know. Even with them not working properly we felt very safe! Great neighborhood.
