    We’ve recently lowered our fall and winter rates, making now the perfect time to plan a relaxing beach escape, family getaway, couples’ trip, or Charleston adventure.

    Enjoy peaceful walks on the beach, beautiful sunrises, cool coastal evenings, and all the charm of Folly Beach — with historic downtown Charleston just a short drive away.

    Our spacious beach home is only steps from the beach, giving you the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the coast without peak-season prices.

    ***PLEASE NOTE

    Upon booking, the individual that books the property will be asked to provide a copy
    of their driver's license, as well as, the first and last names, and ages of ALL guests
    staying in our home during the rental period.

    Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only!

    June 1 - November 30 is Hurricane Season. We do not offer weather related refunds.
    If a state mandated evacuation of Folly Beach is ordered by the State of South
    Carolina, we will be happy to reschedule your vacation.

The property was just right for our group. The beach access was great. We loved the front porch. The welcome gift (wine,cosies,etc.) was thoughtful and unique. It's a little far to Center St. and parking there is expensive, so we took Uber most of the time, which was readably available and reasonable. This was our first time to Folly and we liked it a lot; plenty of good restaurants with live music, the beach was great and not crowded, nearness to Charleston was a plus.

This was a great stay for a large group! There was enough room for a group of 10 to stay comfortably. The communication from the owners was great! In addition, the property was right across the street from the beach and in such a great location. Highly recommend!

Great location, just a couple of hundred feet from the beach.

This place is not fancy, but is fantastically located near the 10th East beach entrance and has 5 bedrooms that can fit a lot of people--perfect for our family reunion.

Folly Retreat

We come every year in Feb to Folly (and hope to get this house) for our choir retreat. We loved our stay. Great communication with and from the owners!
