“Folly Marsh House was the perfect post holiday wind-down spot for us; quiet and chill with gorgeous views of the marsh. The house was super comfy and cozy with the heat cranking when the temperatures outside dropped. The hot tube, fire pit and outdoor lights provide the ideal setting for enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. Beds and linens were great. Don't forget your pickle ball set; the courts are super close as well as a playground and basketball courts. This house is perfectly……

“We stayed one week and this was again a great trip to the area. The location of the house was perfect for our needs: Close to the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, close to everything in Charleston, and close to shopping ad restaurants in Mount Pleasant - pretty much in the middle of everything. The home is well-equipped and maintained and the owner was very responsive. He really cares!!!”

“The home was gorgeous, the beds were so comfortable, and the amenities were a real bonus. I personally loved the deep bathtub in the master bathroom! The kitchen is a dream and our girls loved the reading nook upstairs. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again and again! ”

“Well maintained. Enjoyed time outside by the propane fire pit with family. Nice fenced yard area with a relaxing hammock perfect for time with your dog. Excellent location, a short drive to downtown and local attractions. Highly recommend visiting James Island National Park for the lights festival and the aquarium aglow during December. Host was pleasant and accommodated our late arrival. Looking forward to another visit soon! ”
