「This is always one of my favorite stays in Charleston. Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms with great amenities, and the staff is always pleasant. The coffee shop in the lobby has become one of My favorites in town. Well worth the price when it’s a bit higher to be right in the middle of everything with modern amenities. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around downtown Charleston. We appreciated the pool on a hot summer day, though it is rather small for the size of the hotel. We got lucky scooping up loungers both times we went to the pool. The drinks at the pool bar were delicious! 」

「This is by far my favorite hotel in Charleston and I stayed a lot of hotels. Staying here is like staying with friends. You feel thought about, taken care of, and it has an apartment feel not a hotel feel. The Jeep driving you around locally is definitely a plus and always pleasant plus the warm cookies at night and the breakfast in the morning… Cannot say enough good things.」

「Unique older building, restored to comfortable hotel, along the popular Easy Bay street. Staff was helpful, kind welcoming. Sweet little continental breakfast, made for a good start to the day in the hotel’s open entry way. Comfortable beds, room, bath. Easy walk to many Charleston iconic restaurants, museums, buildings.」
