"Overall it was a nice stay. Great location!! My room was large with great windows. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the rooms. Rooftop bar and elevator are starting to show their age. A possible freshening might be nice. Not having a main desk for check-in/check out/general questions may not be the best impression. I had to wait to check until the one person who was walking around with a laptop was finished checking in the guests before me. He also escorted them to the elevator and showed them around while I waited. No one offered to help with luggage to my room etc. Also, they encourage you to text for any questions or problems that arise but they’re very long to respond to text. I think a more traditional way to communicate with guests would be helpful (and more professional) in addition to a main desk with someone always there if there is a question or need. It felt short staffed."

The location was easily accessible to great restaurants and The Market by foot. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
