We had a great stay at Fire Tower Hotel! The location was amazing and made it so easy to get around. Check-in was super easy, and the communication was excellent throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. It was clean, quite and comfortable. It was centrally located, with walking distance to everything. Free parking was a plus and the Coffee maker. We stayed in a studio with a balcony(which we spent most of our time on). The only suggestion is adding a microwave either in the studio or having one accessible in the lobby. But it was prefect for our anniversary getaway.

The inner courtyard and rooftop areas were nice to sit and relax. We enjoyed walking everywhere from this location! We had a couple of questions when we got there and the staff response was quick and efficient. We would stay here again for sure! The parking for some of the rooms is in a garage across the street and one block down but that wasn’t too big a deal. They do have a drop off space in front of the building which we didn’t realize until we had made several trips to the garage to unload ( the entrance road is small and not marked that I remember).

Had a little trouble finding the place using map apps but once we found it and figured out the location and how close it is to everything Charleston....it was great. Going to book it again.

I must say I wasn’t impressed with our stay, the pictures give the impression we would be in the building behind with balconies and rooftop lounging. We were a bit surprised we were on the street with lots of noise the entire time, not to mention the renters upstairs making drunken noise all night. For the money spent I’m not happy and would not stay again.

Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and professional.

Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Apartment was very clean and really appreciated the offsite parking!!
