“The sink was easily clogged, and it took two days to fix the running toilet (I ended up doing it). The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the cockroach was a sign of an issue that needs to be addressed.

“Perfect location. Walkable to everything. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. A beverage dispenser in the lobby with ice water and/or iced tea or lemonade would have been a welcome non alcoholic choice. Room was very nice but doorless shower was problematic as the glass panel was too short to prevent water spraying onto bathroom floor. We had to request extra towels to make a dam.”

The service was consistently disappointing. Most of the staff lacked any sense of urgency, didn’t seem particularly knowledgeable, and rarely came across as warm or welcoming. More often than not, it felt like guests were an inconvenience……
