「This was a pricey stay, but worth it. The convenient downtown location put us in the heart of so much of what classic Charleston has to offer. Our room was small but elegant and the lobby where we ate the breakfast offerings and Carmella’s (right across the street) gelatos, was beautifully decorated and peaceful. We would stay there again!」

「Loved our stay at this Beautiful hotel. Every detail is planned for a wonderful stay. Loved the rom setup and the towels. Continental breakfast on the floor and cookies in the afternoon with fresh fruit all day was delightful. The rooftop bar was amazing. The lobby restaurant was incredible. Best steak and sides on our trip to the South lease eat there. You will not regret it. Staff was incredible. 」

「It was a lovely room in a great location. Centrally located. One of only 3 rooms in the building. It was comfortable and spacious!! We received numerous emails with information and instructions, all easy to follow. The parking garage was around the corner and easily accessible. And, after leaving, I realized I left a few articles of clothing in the closet which they quickly mailed out to me. An overall great experience!!!」

「My sister and I stayed here for our trip to Charleston and this hotel did not disappoint. You get exactly what you’re looking for, a historic hotel within walking distance, a beautiful lobby and interior with updated rooms but still having that old charm to it.
