“Positives & Negatives of an older house but newer rental! Pros:- location : approx 3 min walk to beach (8th street has stairs), 9th street does not but further walk - ample parking on site - plenty of space inside - stocked with essentials including many not listed items online (keurig, beach & shower towels, toiletries, baby essentials & beach essentials) - great outdoor space for families (firepit, playground, covered seating & outdoor shower with additional hose)- upstairs guest room had……

“Great home with plenty of space. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Short walk to Center Street, slightly longer walk to beach. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again. ”

“This place was so charming. Our host checked in by text before arrival and part way through our stay to see if we needed anything. The bikes were so much fun. There were 2 provided on property. A must have on Folly. It was easy to get around the island and fun to explore while riding. We also rented a Golf Cart which made the whole island experience even better. The hot tube was clean and perfect for our windy sunsets. The pickle ball courts down the road were within walking distance but……
