"This inn was phenomenal for the price! I thought it was expensive until we got there. It was worth every penny! They serve breakfast (a real breakfast, not just bagels and doughnuts) and had happy hour every afternoon around 4 with snacks and wine! At no extra cost! The staff was amazing! They were so nice! Took us to the beach on the golf cart and the inn had chairs and umbrellas we could use on the beach! I’ll stay here every time I go back to Folly. It was lovely!! I had the best vacation ever!"

"We loved our stay in Folly! This was the first time we have ever gone to the beach and not stayed on or very close to the ocean. I was worried about that but we ended up loving the view of the marina and water from the back porch and the drive to the county beach park was easy and perfect for our family. We enjoyed two trips to Charleston and a tour of the Yorktown. It was a wonderful vacation!"

Peaceful with Most Spectacular Views Fun in Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

"The property was very clean and organized with spectacular sunset/sunrise views. It was only 1 mile from beach and close to downtown Charleston. The only issue we had was the air conditioner unit was on the balcony right outside the one bedroom which kicked on and off about every 5 minutes and was very loud at night."
