「Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again.」

「Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach.」

「We loved our stay and enjoyed the house. Proximity to the beach was great and it was spacious enough for the entire family. The dock was great and we even caught a few crab. The only complaint I have is the outdoor kitchen that was advertised was...well not as advertised. The 4 burner stove wasn't working and there was no propane tank for the grill and all the pots and pans were rusted out. So if you want to have a large gathering of family to cook some seafood outside you can't really do that....

「The description of this condo is spot on, comfy, clean and quiet. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings.
