Step out your door across the street from the beach, or relax on the private deck on either side of the house with beach and bay vies. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and coastal décor throughout. Both bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, perfect for couples or families. Walk or golf cart to nearby shops, restaurants, and the pier. Your perfect seaside getaway starts here!

Welcome to one of America's last true beach towns! This fun, laid back area is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. A mecca for great views, great food, and some great surf. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.
Getting Around:
Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is beach front so walk out the back and you're on the beach. Make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Orange Crush from Rita's Seaside Grille. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!
Other Things to Note:
This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property. LIC006581
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.
