From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love.
