“Cute little place perfect for 2 people. A little off the main area but for us it was still walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Had everything needed for an extra long weekend stay and fantastic communication about everything, including giving us a heads up on an event the weekend we were there so may be busier than usual. Definitely would recommend. ”

“Check in was friendly and welcoming, cottage was beautiful inside and comfortable. All the fancy touches! Quaint and tucked away behind the Starlight Motor Inn. Excellent stay! Only issues were hard floors needed to be mopped…our feet were black on bottoms. Also, not in best area of town, but awesome once inside. ”

“Good property. Great location. Upstairs gets a bit warm and thermostat can’t be adjusted. Little difficulty with communication about linens and parking passes but management was quick to respond to my questions/problems. ”

“The little blue cottage was perfect for our time in Charleston.The kitchen was completely equipped with a full size fridge and everything we needed.The cottage was very clean and tidy.Off-street parking was perfect. One note, the main bed is in a loft with a slightly steep ladder. The ladder was super sturdy with nice wide steps so we were very comfortable with getting up and down.We were very happy with this property and would def recommend it.”

Our first time to Folly Beach but definitely not our last. We loved eating our breakfast on the front porch!”
