The Space: Our cozy home "The Blue Cottage," is ideal for groups of 1-3 guests with 1 studio bedroom, and 1 full bath. Located across the street from the infamous Cigar Factory by East Bay St, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Blue Cottage features an open studio-floor plan that provides efficient accommodations and cooking space, making it great for business travel or guests simply looking to spend time together or enjoy Charleston!
We just upgraded to a 40-inch TV and added a small TV to the lofted bed area.
The cottage also features a lofted Queen-sized bed accessible by a built-in ladder and a twin-sized pull-out couch for an additional guest.
A fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is included with each guest stay.
Guests will have exclusive access to the cottage.
On-site parking is provided for one vehicle. You can pull your car off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. A flood light shines on the porch so you know it's the right one!

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Eastside, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. You’re still within walking distance of Charleston’s main attractions but you’ll be able to return to a peaceful neighborhood at the end of the day. It’s an up-and-coming part of town that has new restaurants and bars popping up on every corner! Some of the local eateries will be Mercantile & Mash, Rappahannock Oyster Bar and Taco Boy! Just a 15-minute walk from the house is upper King Street where you’ll find plenty of exciting bars, gourmet restaurants, and unique shops to visit. This popular area is a great place to start your adventure.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
