「This Eugenia property is beautiful and decorated with sophistication and elegance. Just a minute walk to the beach! Communication with the property managers was amazing- very responsive! We enjoyed the pool and sunbathing on the deck, bicycling around the island and taking tennis and pickleball lessons. The shopping and dining on Kiawah Island and in Charleston are fantastic. We will be returning to this property! 」

「The villa was very nice and well-equipped, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The Kitchen could use some additional cooking items for true cooking, and the handle on the outside screen door was broken, but otherwise everything was well done, and as advertised. One thing we'd recommend is small battery-operated lights in teh stairway - it was very dark the first night, so we bought a couple and left them for future guests.」

「It was a great location! We had plenty of space for 4 couples, it was easy to get in and out of the area, an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants and the coffee shop. We had an awesome chef come cook at the house- highly recommend Chef Graham Calabria if you can book him. The whole weekend was top notch! We would love to book again soon!」
