"THE HOUSE WAS GREAT...NOT OVERLY STOCKED...WOULD BE NICE IF MORE THAN ONE TOWEL / PERSON WAS PROVIDED ALSO, THE KITCHEN COULD OFFER MORE THINGS LIKE A CROCK POT AND A BLENDER. AND THE PICS WERE MISLEADING IN THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE GOLFCART WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE...SO WE WEREN'T ABLE TO CRUISE OUR FIRST NIGHT SINCE THE MARINA CART PLACE WAS ALREADY CLOSED WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE GIRLS HAD A GREAT WEEK, THOUGH THANKS FOR SHARING!!!"

"We had our 5 kids and their spouses along with our 14 grandchildren. It was a fantastic week. The house surpassed our expectations. There was not one of us that didn’t think the house was perfect. Kathy was so efficient and timely in responding to any question I had. My husband and I have booked the same house for next year. Our family simply can’t wait to return. "

"We were a group of 12 (bride and groom's immediate families) and layout was perfect. Plenty of parking, beach supplies and kitchen needs for our chefs (family) to do their thing. Owner & property manager were a DREAM. It was obvious their #1 priority was for us to have the best experience during our stay. Thank you!!!"

Beautiful Seaside Cottage

"Decorated SO cute, clean, provided coffee! Never had that before, and was much appreciated. Owner so helpful with things going on etc. Thinks of everything! Truly wants you to enjoy the space! Highly recommend! The only drawback is the pull out bed. It is comfortable! But does make the space tight, unless you open and close it up every morning. EVERYTHING else is perfection. Master bath and bedroom just beautiful!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect size for us. It was a little dated but that’s ok too. Older places always bring back the nostalgia of beach trips of the past. Kathy with the rental company was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. "

First Floor Beach Club Villa with Marsh Views - Walk to the Beach!

Family's First Fripp

"Our first trip to Fripp Island was most enjoyable and the best part was the accommodations. This condo had everything & anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen to laundry onsite. Since there were 6 of us we used the sofa bed which was so comfortable. Only issue we had was the TV connection. Beach towels, chairs & even beach toys for little was provided. It took awhile to figure it out but the teenagers caught on pretty quickly and the adults weren't there for TV, so not really a problem. The best part for us though had to be the screened porch tidal creek & beyond view. We sat there all the time we weren't asleep or at the beach! Multiple different birds & a gator were visitors we observed. The condo is conveniently located adjacent to the tennis courts and the pools & shops are across the street. The beach is just a 5 minute or so walk byway of boardwalks from adult pool area or from the condos across the street. All & all the trip was a great success and the condo was perfect for housing us, our daughter & the grand girls. Thanks so much. (Note 1: The pools & restaurants are by club card only. Be sure to ask about purchasing. Ours were waiting for us at the main gate welcome center. Note 2: Buy your groceries off island, on your way in, as the store there has very limited selections.)"
