「The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

「Nothing in the room. Not electric kettle, not microwave, not personal kit in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower, toothpaste, brush teeth), not include breakfast」

「1. I had to text Ivy because there were no extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa and Murphy’s beds. No one ever came to deliver them but luckily we brought our own. . 2. I had to call the front desk twice because the bathroom door fell off. I told them I had a blind nephew and a grandson with autism in the room but it still took over an hour for someone to show up. When he did show up to fix it he tried to use the nails that were already in the wall and door just for them to break...

「It was under construction which wasn’t listed on the website. Check in is 4pm I got there after 5 and I still had to wait another hour for my room to be ready. You have to pay for parking. Only 1 of the hottubs were actually hot the other ones were cold. The elevators would take forever to come so we mostly used the stars. It’s very confusing getting around all of the construction. Not worth the price in my opinion.」

「If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well」

「They offered crafts, indoor games and activities for the rainy days which really helped keep my kids entertained when the pool and beach weren't an option. Definitely a family friendly place!」
