Hotels needs updating, check in process was long .. 2 people at the counter and a line out the lobby . They gave you a band to wear and if you didn’t they wouldn’t serve you at the bars.

Good resort overall. The indoor pool area was great for all ages. The rooms were decent and clean. Things just need updating. Replace the curtains and deep clean the pool area. You can see the rust on the pool covering while in the lazy river and over the vents in the pool and hot tub. You know it's clean and can smell the chlorine but you can see the wear and tear. I would also recommend having the waterpark open past 3pm so we can really enjoy it.

Beach view was a partial view. I thought it was a full view. :( room had no shower curtain or bath plug. Not enough blankets. I had to ask twice then was sent a maintenance man for the tub after 9:30pm and was trying to sleep. Room was noisy by the elevator. Not very nice when I asked for a 1:30 check out due to our flights.

The rooms, elevators and in door hot tubs were beat up and not clean. Pictures online look so much nicer. The beach chairs were falling apart.

This resort was a good resort for my family. However, I wished I would’ve known ahead of time that the amenities were not available until really the day we left. The only thing that open up was Latitudes. We were here from Sunday-Tuesday and nothing was open until we got up to check out at something til 9. But overall the rooms need to be updated or paint the cabinets, but they were still nice to stay in. Other than that the staff were nice. My son stayed in the pool for 2 days so it’s a plus he had a great time.

The room was dirty , door didn't shut because termites were eating the door , the walls in the inside hot tubs& pool had black & green mold , hot tube outside was cold , you don't get your credit per person or at all & you get charged for parking when it said free parking, it was disgusting.
Sawdust from door that didn't close , also had bugs that bite when sleeping

Probably was not as Aphrodite host. This is were very unfriendly place was very rundown asked for trash bags of room never had them brought up. You had to do your own clean, which is understandable. They at least fly trash bags

The room kept having toilet issues and they would take forever to come fix it. The resort is def run down, this used to be a family vacation place for me and my family as a kid. It’s not like I remembered it and was so excited to take my own kids to something I did as a kid when my parents were still here. I was def disappointed with how dirty the pools were, the rooms have no room service so if you need anything you have to go to the lobby (toilet paper, extra towels.. literally anything.), the room was not terrible but furniture and trim were falling apart in our room. The restaurant in the hotel called Latitudes was terrible. Would not recommend at all. We were left waiting for 30 mins for someone to even acknowledge us. I just wish the experience was better so I could have that special moment of sharing memories with my kids about their late grandparents.
