“It is a comfortable cozy house. Lots of little extras that made us feel special, like decoratively folded towels on the beds, little paper flowers on paper towels and board games that have all the pieces. The showers are nice amd although it rained during our stay the backyard looked amazing. We felt safe, warm and dry. ”

“Great location and perfect size for a weekend getaway! It is a beautiful and historical home but we do wish there was a small disclaimer about how noisy it is when someone is staying in the space above. You can hear every step and even conversations from the people above. We would have brought ear plugs if we would’ve known. There was also some dried blood stains in the bathroom when we arrived (I have pictures if needed). we aren’t fussy so cleaned it up but wasn’t as clean as we hoped. Really……

“Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .”

“Brian was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The cabin is perfectly positioned in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes from the beach and downtown. Comfortable, cute and reasonably priced for the located and amenities provided.”

“The parking situation is horrible. Could not even walk to our cabin without having to turn sideways in an alley. Keep in mind if there is a dirty car there your designer Ralph Lauren jacket will get dirty. Thank goodness we had clean cars. No tables to set anything on in the bathroom. We had issues with the shower which they graciously fixed and moved us to another place. The maintenance guy even helped us carry our luggage. Lots of construction and loud noises right now and for the foreseeable……

“The host was great. The parking was difficult but there is a paid lot nearby and you can quickly unload at the two hour spots in front of the house. The parking is an additional 25 per car in the paid lot, so figure that in your trip. The house was great and it was close to so many things in a walking distance too. The water in both bathroom sinks were trickling out, which was hard with 6 people but other than that the place was perfect and fit all of our needs. Easily accessible and great……
