"From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bennett, we were immersed in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine Southern hospitality. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience. The location is unbeatable. It's right at the heart of historic downtown Charleston, with King Street's shops, galleries, and restaurants just steps away. We visited the amazing jazz club Forte, and it's 5 minutes walk. Yet inside the hotel, everything feels calm, serene, and luxurious. The staff was outstanding. Every interaction: from the valet to the front desk, housekeeping to the restaurant servers, was warm, professional, and attentive. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for. We had breakfast at the lovely French bakery attached to the hotel (La Pâtisserie), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We decided to indulge and ordered every dessert to try, and each one more delicious than the last. It was an unforgettable treat, and a perfect way to start the day with a bit of decadence. We also had Champaigne and snack at Camellias at night. It's the stunning pink champagne bar feels like stepping into a dream. The rooftop pool area was another highlight with sweeping views of Charleston’s historic skyline. We can’t wait to return."

"Air conditioning didn’t get as cold as we wanted but everything else was very good. Comfy mattresses and pillows. The 1st level rooms are great for accessing the pool. Convenient location to everything. "

"We just enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Restoration. The lighting, decor, and spa-like fragrance immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. We stayed in a signature suite - this room was HUGE and the modern farmhouse esthetic really fit with the city. The room service breakfast basket was unique and fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. The Restoration is truly a Charleston gem!"
