"Parking available. Property unclean outdoors, lots of trash. Shower and under bed not clean. Asked for broom, mop, and linens 4 times after 1st night, speaking twice to front desk, and 4 times personally to the house keeper on duty who said she'd bring me linens, broom and mop to clean room. Never got any of it."

"The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The property was clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. Self check-in was simple. There were many small touches we appreciated - extra blankets, plenty of towels, creamer for the coffee as well as a nice selection of coffee and tea, free WiFi and plenty of options on TV with Netflix, YouTubeTV, Prime, etc. and umbrellas for our use - which we really appreciated with the heavy rains! The house was also decorated with holiday themed items, including bedding and dining room decor. Overall, just very homey and well maintained. "
