「Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.」

Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor.」

On this visit, the screen door to the balcony appeared broken and off the track propped up next to the wall on the balcony, which just meant we kept the door closed, however, otherwise we would have enjoyed a screen door and the beach air. 「We arrived at the property in the early evening and after a long day of travel some of our party wanted nothing more than a good bath/shower. However much to our surprise there was no hot water! As it was after business hours the phone number we were given for contact just went to voicemail. The next morning we had the management company send over Maintenance and after a brief inspection he said that the internal breaker on the water heater had tripped and he had reset it and said it should be...

「This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!」

「I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. I love the location - just a short walk to the fun on Center Street and Folly Beach but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. The condo is well appointed and really has everything you might need for a great stay. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable! We used the screened patio quite a bit in the mornings and evenings...

「I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe.」
