“Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again.”

Be sure to complete the tour early in your stay, especially if you're staying in a ground floor suite. I appreciated the focus on hydration as Charleston is warm in June. The on-street parking worked well as most of the available spots opened after 4:00 p.m. ”

“Everything was great the property was nice the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. You could walk everywhere with ease. Staff was fantastic whom I interacted with Erin was great give her a raise.”

“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I……
