"Apartment has a nice view but needs maintenance. Toe molding in kitchen is not nailed down, refrigerator does not dispense water, needs a filter. Blow dryer in the back bathroom is a fire hazard. Plug was melted. Ceiling in great room has cracks. That said, there is a great deal of construction and renovation going on so these small items would probably be addressed. Beautiful beach and gorgeous maritime forest atmosphere makes it so worth it. Monique very attentive and extra helpful with getting me pointed in the right direction to find the apartment. "

"The property was great for pets! Home was clean and neat, furniture was a bit tired , especially in the sunroom. The kitchen was lacking a sharp knife and hotpads and the temperature markings were worn off on the cooktop.The location was great. Close to beachwalker park and lovely sunsets on the river at the dock."
