“Wonderful stay at Pelican Watch! The host was very communicative and welcoming. ”

“When we arrived there were repairs being done to the exterior so men on ladders outside the living area windows. I contacted the owner to make sure this was not planned for the duration of our stay and she jumped on it immediately. She was very concerned we had the relaxing stay we were wanting. They finished work for the day and although there was more work to do they didn’t come back during our stay. I can only assume Mary told the HOA that it wasn’t acceptable”

“We were at Kiawah for a family event. This was a perfect location, and the condo is beautiful, has great decor and every convenience, is fully equipped, and is furnished with the all-important comfortable bedding. We really loved it.”

“Beautifully updated condo only a short walk from the beach. The host (Joe) was very responsive whenever we had questions and he was extremely helpful in directing us to local establishments, eateries and coffee shops. The condo met all of our needs and was well-stocked with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The devil is in the details and the host was incredibly thoughtful in considering so many small things to make our stay enjoyable (e.g., games, beach towels, a shoe rack on……
